Er wurde 1989 auf seinem Album Storm Front sowie als Singleveröffentlicht und erreichte Platz 1 in den US-amerikanischen Billboard Charts. In Deutschland hielt er sich Ende 1989 bis Anfang 1990 insgesamt zehn Wochen lang in den Top Ten, die beste Platzierung war Rang vier.
